What this addresses
In themed entertainment — theme parks, cruise lines, arena shows, and large-scale immersive productions — music and audio are the primary timing and synchronization system across show control, safety validation, technical execution, and live performance. When a music decision changes, every downstream team that depends on it is affected, and that impact moves invisibly until it becomes a production crisis.
Whether the music lead is an in-house Music Producer or an external Composer/Supervisor engaged as a vendor, the scenario this prototype simulates is the same: they are the hub for every approval, every delivery format, and every downstream handoff — managing it all without a standard process, versioning infrastructure, file delivery governance, or visibility tools. Project Harmony OS is the workflow that changes that, regardless of how the production is organized.
Proof of concept: This prototype was designed and built independently for producers, composers, and creative teams working in themed entertainment — without dedicated resources, budget, or organizational authority. It demonstrates the system architecture, workflow logic, and production governance framework that a fully developed platform would implement.
How to use this prototype: Use the tabs below to explore four modules. Risk Dashboard: Move the three phase sliders independently to simulate how approval timing in each phase cascades into rework costs across 14 downstream teams — watch the Downstream Team Cascade table and Delivery Specs Status column update in real time. The Master Override slider applies a global delay to all three phases simultaneously. Budget Tracker: Set a top-level budget target in each of the three summary cards, then enter budget amounts and quarterly actuals in the table below — totals and percentages calculate live. Music Library: All fields in both the Main Show Cue Sheet and BGM Cue Sheet are editable — click any cell to enter or update cue data, timing, composer, publisher, and notes. Use the dropdown to set licensing type per cue. Delivery Specs: Review format and platform requirements by team — all Delivery Platform fields are editable. Status indicators update automatically based on the phase approval timing set in the Risk Dashboard.
