Music and audio are invisible to most conference Executive Producers — until they aren't. A speaker who submits their walkout song the morning of the show. A house band that hasn't received the cue sheet. A livestream team broadcasting a track that isn't licensed for recording. An A/V company waiting on stems that don't exist yet.
Project Harmony makes every music and audio dependency visible — before it becomes a live problem in front of 15,000 people. This prototype demonstrates what an EP-facing music production OS looks like for flagship conferences and large-scale live events.
